The Darrin Chinen Show
For Your Wedding or Special Occasion
There are moments when the right song becomes part of the memory.
Darrin Chinen — vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and recording artist known to many as “Hollywood” — brings a magnetic stage presence and an infectious energy that draws people in, moves the room, and makes every performance feel alive. He has the gift to read the room and connect with the people in it, while letting the music move.
Whether the setting is an intimate wedding, a private gathering, a special celebration, or a room ready for a little more energy, Darrin brings a relaxed, welcoming style that makes people feel completely at home — free to sit back and enjoy the music or let loose and move with it.
His performances draw from timeless favorites, contemporary songs, and music that has shaped his own life as an artist. With years of experience as a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and recording artist, he brings his own character and personality to every song while honoring the artist and spirit that made people love it in the first place.
The feeling comes first
Music That Feels Personal
Every celebration has its own personality.
Some occasions call for the music to sit quietly in the background while family and friends reconnect. Others call for music that fills the room to bring everyone together.
And Darrin understands that difference.
He has the ability to shift naturally from heartfelt vocals and acoustic guitar to an upbeat, engaging performance that allows the music to become part of the experience rather than simply entertainment added to it.
For weddings, that may mean helping create the atmosphere for a ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or a special song that carries personal meaning. For private events and celebrations, it means creating a musical experience that fits the people, the setting, and the reason everyone has gathered.

The Artist Behind the Show
Music has always been more than a performance for Darrin Chinen.
As a vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, and recording artist, Darrin approaches each performance from the perspective of someone who understands both the song and the audience hearing it.
Known as Hollywood, Darrin brings his personality, musicianship, and an easy connection with people wherever he performs. His presence on stage is simply an extension of who he is. What people experience is Darrin himself — his voice, his guitar, his sense of humor, his musical instincts, and the joy he gets from sharing music with a room.
That authenticity is what makes The Darrin Chinen Show feel personal, natural, and connected to the people in the room.
